3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Most IGAN's purchased on or after January 1, 2010 come with a warranty package that includes:
Three-Year Limited Warranty. IGAN will repair or replace, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase.
While we always stand 100% behind our workmanship and materials, in order to avoid inflated product prices, we have placed some reasonable limitations on the IGAN Three-Year Guarantee. We cannot cover damage due to unreasonable or abusive use, improper cleaning or storage, or normal wear and tear. In addition, it should be noted that product damage caused by improper installation or damage caused by unauthorized modification of the product will not be covered by the limited warranty.
This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces.
We believe a solid warranty package ensures the safety, reliability and service our products are meant to deliver — from the beginning to the end of every job.
Patio Heater Covers

Most IGAN's patio heater cover purchased on or after April 1, 2014 come with a warranty package that includes:
One-Year Limited Warranty. IGAN will repair or replace, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
While we always stand 100% behind our workmanship and materials, in order to avoid inflated product prices, we have placed some reasonable limitations on the IGAN One-Year Guarantee.
